Hunger devastates millions of lives around the world, but we can respond to make a difference.
Through the Broken Bread poverty meal, you are invited to experience the plight of the hungry, and then give and advocate on their behalf.
You can respond by donating a meal and advocating for Congress to increase food assistance.
DONATE ONE MEAL – Every year, Americans spend nearly $350 billion eating out. Take the $10 or more that you would spend on one meal and help provide food for children in need. World Vision is committed to providing food and care to more than 10 million desperately hungry children and their families.
Contribute online or
collect contributions through your Broken Bread meal.
You can also make ongoing contributions by becoming a Child Crisis Partner.
ADVOCATE FOR MORE FOOD AID – As food prices soar, the poorest populations — especially children — are the most severely affected. Join World Vision in urging Congress to expand hunger, child nutrition, and agriculture development programs to eradicate child hunger worldwide.
Contact your members of Congress online or download our petition and collect written signatures.
