Stand with the hungry and speak out on their behalf by hosting a Broken Bread poverty meal.
For many children in emergency food situations, a simple meal of porridge is their only food for the day. By partaking in this simple meal and reading stories that depict the realities of hunger, participants experience hunger and then respond by donating one meal and advocating for the U.S. government to increase food assistance for hungry people around the world.
